This page lists everything that happens to information when you visit nsfw-video-chat.com, in the order you meet it.

1. Who is responsible

The operator of nsfw-video-chat.com. We publish no postal address or phone number; every request reaches us through the contact form.

2. Server logs at the host

Our pages are delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare briefly records technical details of each request: IP address, time, the address requested, browser type and the approximate country. These entries exist to deliver the site, fend off attacks and enforce regional restrictions. We do not combine them with anything else and do not use them to build profiles.

3. Your age answer

Once your age is confirmed, the browser saves the entry “nvc~tagged”, stamped with the time of your answer, into local storage. That stamp has one job, sparing you the age question on every later page. It lives on your device, is no cookie and expires for our purposes after 30 days, when the tag is tied once more. Wiping this site’s stored data gets rid of it earlier.

4. Where Start takes you

Nothing from other companies is loaded on these pages – no chat window, no frame, no foreign script. Start opens /out, a forwarding address on this site, which passes your browser through the CrakRevenue network to the independent cam service Stripchat in a separate tab; the forwarding stores nothing. Only at that moment do they hear from your browser. They learn your IP address and device details, can store items of their own in your browser and handle everything as independent controllers under Stripchat’s privacy policy, which we neither see nor influence.

5. Partner links

Start and its sibling buttons lead to a partner link with our domain and one word for the device type (iphone, android or desktop), which the forwarding reads from the browser’s user agent. With it the partner can see that you came from us and may pay us a commission. We receive totals, not your identity.

6. Contact form

Anything you submit there is stored together with its topic and, if supplied, your reply address. The entry sits in a storage space at Cloudflare and erases itself no later than a year after arrival. We use it only to answer you and share it with nobody.

7. What we do not use

We use no analytics tool, no ad network, no share buttons, nothing fetched from foreign servers while you read, and not a single cookie of ours.

8. Your rights

Privacy statutes (for instance the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California) may entitle you to see what we hold, fix it, erase it or object to its use. Because we keep so little, there is usually nothing beyond a contact message. Send any request through the form and you will hear back within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Adults only

This website is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has written to us, we delete the message.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the new text replaces this one and the date below moves with it.
